This is the Next Level Armament ambidexturous charging handle for the M&P 15-22.
It's a straight swap for the factory handle, giving you one finger cocking right or left side with plenty of scope clearance.
The innovative 'twin scythe' ambi handle design from NLA was the first to master wide format ambi-levers and remains one of the most reliable.
