This policy (the “Privacy Policy”) tells you how RifleMags.co.uk collects information from you, how we protect it and how we use it, and covers all personal information which you provide when you use of our website.

This Privacy Policy also covers any other personal information which you may provide when dealing with RifleMags.co.uk (whether or not you have registered details for an order), including data when you make a purchase, or register for updates or newsletters. What information we record

When you place an order with RifleMags.co.uk us or create an account with us we ask you for the following information to help us process your order:

  • Your name
  • Your company name (optional - if you have one)
  • Your billing address
  • Your shipping address
  • Your contact details - email and telephone number

If you make a payment we also record:

  • The date and time of the transaction
  • The transaction reference number
  • The IP address used to make the transaction
  • The last 4 digits of the payment card number

Please note: we have no access to the full card details used to make payment, only our payment provider Sagepay (a major EU payment service provider) has access to this, we never see or store payment details.

What we do with your information

We use your information to process any orders you place, including creating invoices and arranging shipment to your delivery address.

We also collectively use our customer information to better understand our customers e.g. buying trends and popularity of magazine types and how visitors use our website.

If you have opted in to our newsletter and updates we may send you emails about news we think might be interesting or updates about our products. All our emails have an unsubscribe link, so if you decide you don't want to receive any more emails from us you can easily do so.

Who else has access to the information?

We share relevant information with our service partners to help process your order and manage our customer relationship:

  • Our e-commerce partner - who provides our website and securely stores order and customer information
  • Our shipping partners - the services who handle shipping to your delivery address
  • Our email providers - who handle our email alerts and newsletters
  • Our payment provider - who processes payments for orders
  • Our accountants - who collate and audit financial and tax information for us
  • Manufacturers - if we need to provide them contact details for a service repair
