This is the rare 7 round factory .22LR magazine for straight pull BRNO ZOM 451 rifles, sometimes described as CZ 451 rifles.

Please note: these will only fit the model ZOM 451 and will not work in other BRNO / CZ bolt action rifles or semi-autos.
