This is the Magpul Minus 10 Round Limiter for 20 or 30 round Magpul 5.56mm M3 PMAG magazines.
It replaces the standard locking plate at the base of the spring.
Useful for situations requiring a restricted magazine capacity such as competitions and hunting.
