This is the Magpul Minus 5 round Limiter for 10, 20 or 25 round Magpul LR/SR M3 PMAG 7.62x51mm magazines.
It replaces the standard locking plate at the base of the spring.
Useful for situations requiring a restricted magazine capacity such as competitions and hunting.
