This is the Magpul QR Rail Grabber adapter to allow 17S mounted accessories to fit both RRS/ARCA rails and Picatinny rails.
Designed to allow the Magpul 17S Bipod to be used on RRS/ARCA rails they will also fit any 17S footprint product.
