MDT's 5 round magazine for .300WSM, 7mm SAUM and 6.5 PRC in the MDT MED intermediary action size.
The MDT MED format is a double stack single feed format based on the AICS short action but with extra length to accommodate medium calibres like .30-06, PRC and longer loads for WSM.
For MDT MED and XM format magwells only. Not compatible with AICS Short Action or AICS Long Action magwells.
MDT MED was introduced followng Defiance's release of the XM (extra medium) action size, which sits inbetween AICS Short and Long action lengths, it has been growing in popularity for rifle builds.
MDT's 10 round magazine is made from heat treated steel, nitrided and finished in Ceracote Elite for durability.
