This is the MDT MED format bottom metal for Tikka T3x CTR, UPR and Arctic rifles.
Designed to accept MDT MED format 10 round magazines which offer extra COL for medium and short magnum calibres.
The MDT MED format (formerly called XM) is a double stack single feed format based on the AICS short action but with extra length to accommodate medium calibres like .30-06, 6.5x55, PRC and longer loads for WSM while retaining a double stack.
MDT MED was introduced followng Defiance's release of the XM (extra medium) action size, which sits inbetween AICS Short and Long action lengths, it has been growing in popularity for rifle builds.

- Can be fitted to standard format T3 / T3x format rifles if fitted to a CTR/UPR stock or chassis
