This is the SureFeed 30 round magazine for the AR-15 M4 STANAG format in 5.56x45 .223 and .300 AAC Blackout.
SureFeed from Okay Industries is the original USGI mil spec magazine, they have been one of the main suppliers of USGI magazines to the US military since the adoption if the M-16 in the 1970s and are one of the best regarded.
These are new and unissued military surplus, available in Flat Dark Earth (Tan) (Black now sold out). They have .300 BLK printed label on one side but are designed to handle both 5.56x45 and .300 BLK.
