German sport rifle manufacturers Carl-Walther teamed up with Heckler & Koch to create a range of .22LR sport rifles modeled on the HK MP5, HK416 and HK G36 models.
As Carl Walther make both .22LR Colt and H&K rifles on the standard AR platform the magazines are the same, just in different branded packaging.
