The follower replaces the standard follower and thumb assist, allowing room for an extra 3 rounds of .22LR.
This means the thumb assist operated last round lockback will not operate, instead the follower is designed to rise and block the slide going forward. Please note that this will release the slide when removing the magazine unless the slide lock is manually engaged.
